What To Include In Your Email

• Your request: state that you want ColorCade Match data deleted.
• The email address where we can contact you about the request.
• The support email address you used before, if different from your current contact email.
• Your Google Play Games player ID or display name, if you used Google Play Games Services.
• Your purchase order ID or transaction reference, if your request relates to a Remove Ads or Ad-Free Pass purchase.
• Your device/app instance identifier if the App displays one in a support or settings screen.

Data We Can Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal data that we control and can reasonably identify, including:

• app-related support request data;
• app profile or gameplay data stored by us, if any;
• leaderboard or score data controlled by us, where technically possible;
• analytics identifiers or app-event data controlled by us, where technically possible;
• purchase-support records we control that are no longer needed for entitlement, restore, fraud-prevention, legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Data That May Be Kept

We may retain limited data where required or permitted for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, purchase verification, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes, including:

• records required for tax, accounting, payment, refund, chargeback, or legal compliance;
• limited records needed to document that we handled a deletion request;
• security or fraud-prevention records needed to protect the App, players, or platform services;
• aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify a user or device.

Some data may also be controlled by third-party services such as Google Play, Google Play Games, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Firebase, Google account services, or analytics providers. Deletion of data controlled by those services may be subject to their own policies and tools. You can manage Google Play Games, Google Play purchase, and advertising settings through your Google account, Google Play, and Android device settings.

Local Device Data

ColorCade Match may store game progress and settings locally on your device. You can delete local device data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's storage in Android settings. Local deletion on your device does not automatically delete data already processed by third-party services, so you may still email us if you want us to process a deletion request for data we control.

Response Time And Retention Period

We aim to review and respond to deletion requests within 30 days, unless a shorter or longer period is required or permitted by applicable law. If we need more information to verify or process the request, we will contact you at the email address you provide. Data that must be kept for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, purchase verification, compliance, or dispute-resolution reasons will be retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

No Separate App Account

ColorCade Match does not currently create a separate in-app account. If a future version adds account creation inside the App, this page will be updated with account deletion steps in addition to data deletion request steps.
