Quick Summary

1. Information We Collect
The exact data collected depends on your device, region, privacy choices, whether you sign in to Google Play Games Services, whether you watch rewarded ads, and which services are enabled in the release version of the App.
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Support messages: if you contact us, we may receive your email address, name if provided, message contents, attachments, and any technical information you choose to include.
- Consent choices: where required by law or platform policy, we may store your advertising consent choices or privacy preferences.
1.2 Local Game Progress And Settings
The App may store gameplay data locally on your device, including best scores, perfect streaks, completed runs, player level, XP, in-game currency such as Stars, cosmetics, palettes, profile badges, themes, sound settings, music settings, haptics, colorblind mode, reduced motion, ad state, cooldowns, and pending leaderboard submissions.
1.3 Gameplay, Analytics, And Diagnostics
To understand and improve the App, we may collect analytics and diagnostics such as app opens, tutorial progress, run starts and ends, game mode, score, timing offset, combo, duration, misses, new best status, unlock events, ad show or completion events, purchase funnel events, device type, operating system version, app version, language, country or region inferred from device or network settings, crash logs, performance data, and diagnostic information.
1.4 Advertising Data
If ads are enabled, advertising partners may collect or receive data such as device identifiers, Android Advertising ID where available and permitted, IP address, device and app information, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded-ad completions, fraud-prevention signals, consent status, and ad personalization choices.
1.5 Google Play Games Services / Leaderboard Data
If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games Services, we may receive or submit information needed for leaderboards and achievements, such as your Google Play Games player identifier, display name, avatar if made available by Google, leaderboard score, perfect streak, game mode, and daily challenge identifier.
1.6 In-App Purchase Data
If you buy a Remove Ads or Ad-Free Pass purchase, we may receive purchase-related technical data from Google Play Billing, such as product ID, purchase token, purchase state, acknowledgement status, and entitlement status. Google Play processes payment details. We do not receive your full payment-card number or bank account details.
1.7 Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
ColorCade Match does not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contacts, phonebook, SMS, call logs, health data, photos, videos, files, microphone audio, camera images, government identifiers, or payment-card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to run gameplay, save progress, apply settings, unlock cosmetics, process rewarded-ad rewards, maintain purchase entitlements, submit scores and achievements, analyze app performance, balance gameplay, show and measure ads, prevent fraud, troubleshoot technical issues, respond to support messages and privacy requests, and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
3. Sharing And Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or allow service providers to process information when needed to operate the App, including hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics and crash-reporting providers, advertising networks, Google Play Billing, Google Play Games Services, email/support providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, and public authorities where required by law.
Third-party services may include Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google Play Games Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and similar SDKs or platform services used in the release build. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Ads And Consent
ColorCade Match may show interstitial ads at natural session breaks and optional rewarded ads for rewards such as revive, double Stars, daily retry, or theme trial. The App is designed not to show forced ads during active gameplay.
Where required, we request consent before personalized advertising or certain analytics/measurement activities. You may manage ad personalization through in-app privacy options where available, consent messages where applicable, and your Android advertising/privacy settings.
5. In-App Purchases
The App may offer a non-consumable Remove Ads or Ad-Free Pass purchase through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payments and may collect information according to Google's own privacy policy and payment terms. We use purchase status information only to deliver, verify, persist, and restore the purchased entitlement.
6. Leaderboards And Social Features
If you sign in to Google Play Games Services, scores, perfect streaks, achievements, and profile details provided by Google Play Games Services may be submitted to leaderboards or shown to other players according to your Google Play Games settings. Do not use a display name or avatar that contains personal information if you do not want other players to see it.
7. Data Retention And Deletion
- Local game data: stored on your device until you reset the App, clear App storage, uninstall the App, or the App overwrites old data.
- Leaderboard data: retained by Google Play Games Services according to Google's policies and your platform settings. We retain local pending submissions until they are submitted or cleared.
- Analytics and crash data: retained as long as reasonably needed to improve the App, fix bugs, analyze performance, and maintain security, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or configured in the analytics provider.
- Advertising data: retained by advertising partners according to their privacy policies and applicable law.
- Purchase records: retained as needed to maintain entitlement, process restores, prevent fraud, comply with accounting/legal obligations, and support users.
- Support emails: retained as long as needed to respond, maintain support history, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
To request deletion of information we control, email info@gamenticstudio.com with the subject "ColorCade Match data deletion request", or follow the steps on the ColorCade Match Data Deletion Request page. We may need information to verify the request, such as your device/app instance identifier, Google Play Games player ID, or purchase order information. We will process requests as required by applicable law.
Account Deletion
ColorCade Match does not create a separate app account. Players can request deletion of data we control by following the steps on the ColorCade Match Data Deletion Request page. If a future version allows users to create an account inside the App, we will provide a readily discoverable way to request account deletion from inside the App and from a web page, and we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Console account-deletion URL accordingly.
8. Your Choices And Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. To exercise these rights for information we control, contact us using the privacy email above.
- Delete local data: uninstall the App or clear App storage in your device settings.
- Ads choices: use the App's privacy options where available, the ad-consent message where applicable, and your Android advertising/privacy settings.
- Google Play Games: manage sign-in, profile visibility, and Play Games data through Google Play Games and your Google account settings.
- Purchases: manage purchases, refunds, and payment information through Google Play.
- Support messages: contact us to request deletion of support correspondence we control, unless we need to retain it for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
9. Children's Privacy
ColorCade Match is a general-audience game and does not require users to provide personal details such as name, email address, phone number, or date of birth to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
If the App is configured on Google Play as directed to children or included in a children/families program, the release build must use only SDKs, ads settings, and data practices permitted for that audience.

11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including limiting data collection to what is needed, using service providers with security practices, and using encrypted transport where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal mechanisms for international transfers.
